James has never been entirely happy using the Runtime Packager for builds, and he stopped doing so for BottomFeeder a few years ago. At the time, he had a set of scripts that used to create a build. He was tasked with creating a runtime build tool at work last year, and set to work formalizing those scripts into a tool. What James will be covering is what the tool does, how it does it, and how it differs from the RTP approach.
